Pablo Escobar

Meet Pablo Escobar di Elinor Woods, a stunning male Maine Coon with a red tabby blotched coat (also known as red classic tabby), born on August 3, 2026 in our cattery. Pablo combines the impressive build typical of the breed with a warm, glowing colour, featuring the classic "butterfly" marking on his back and the wide swirls on his sides that make the blotched tabby one of the most elegant and sought-after patterns in the Maine Coon.

A name that honours a champion

This kitten's name is no coincidence: we chose it to honour Pablo Escobar, the famous brown tabby male Maine Coon and world champion, a cat who left his mark on the feline world for his type, presence and beauty. With this name, we hope our little Pablo will carry on the same excellence.

Pedigree and parents

Pablo Escobar comes from a carefully planned breeding, selected for type, temperament and health.

Sire: MW'24 JCh Lucifer Morningstars di Elinor Woods JW, Mediterranean Winner 2024, Junior Champion and Junior Winner, a male of great show quality.

Dam: Nitroglicerina di Elinor Woods, a female with a harmonious structure and a sweet, balanced temperament.

From this bloodline, Pablo inherits the most prized Maine Coon traits: a square head, strong muzzle, large tufted ears (lynx tips), sturdy bone structure, rectangular body and a long, bushy tail.

Red Maine Coon personality

The Maine Coon is known as the "gentle giant" of the cat world, and Pablo is no exception: he is a sociable, curious and affectionate kitten, raised in our home in close contact with people. Red Maine Coons are known for being especially outgoing and playful, perfect companions who love attention and get along well with children and other pets.
